At Flashcards World SL, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a premium subscription or other paid features, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, regardless of which platform you purchased on.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the transaction ID or receipt of your purchase to help us process your request quickly.

Refunds by Platform

The refund process depends on where you made your purchase:

  • Apple App Store (iOS): Apple processes all App Store refunds. You can request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds for App Store purchases directly, as Apple handles all billing.
  • Google Play Store (Android): Please contact us at [email protected], and we can often assist with refunds if contacted within the 30-day period. You may also request a refund through the Google Play Store.
  • Web (flashcards.world): For purchases made directly on our website, contact us at [email protected]. We will process your refund to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

  • iOS:Manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Android:Manage your subscription in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
  • Web: Manage your subscription in your Flashcards World account settings.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. App Store and Play Store refunds are subject to the processing times of those platforms.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use a digital subscription immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this withdrawal right once the digital content has been fully provided. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.
